We offer products from both our own and third-party suppliers. Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice. Your order becomes binding only when you have received an order confirmation from us.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are stated in SEK including VAT. Payment is made via the payment options provided at checkout. We reserve the right for any pricing errors and out-of-stock items.

4. Delivery

We deliver throughout Sweden and cooperate with selected logistics partners. Delivery time and cost are specified at checkout before payment. In case of delivery delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to Swedish distance selling laws. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service for return handling.

6. Complaints

In case of faulty goods or delivery, please contact us within a reasonable time. We comply with the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act and will remedy faults through repair, replacement or refund.

7. Liability & Force Majeure

Meison is not liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
